Anime & Pop Culture.

Characters, worlds, and frames you grew up loving.

Some of the strongest tattoos are the ones tied to a story you’ve carried for years. Anime and pop culture pieces are deeply personal — a frame from your favourite film, a character that meant something at the right time, a logo that takes you straight back. We treat them with the same seriousness as any other style.

On the source

We work from official stills, screenshots, and reference art — never blurry social posts. The cleaner the source, the cleaner the tattoo. If we’re doing a key moment from a film or anime, we’ll often pull multiple frames and reconstruct a version that tattoos well.

On adaptation

A screenshot isn’t a tattoo. We re-draw the linework, decide what to simplify, and figure out how cell-shaded colour will read on skin. The goal is a piece that feels true to the original but lives confidently as a tattoo on its own.

On range

Anime, Saturday-morning cartoons, Pixar, retro gaming, comic panels, sci-fi posters — if there’s a frame you can’t stop thinking about, bring it. We’ll figure out how to make it yours.

“Bring the reference. We’ll bring the reverence.”
